অরণ্য বিতান রিসর্টে দুইটি সম্পূর্ণ মাটির তৈরী কুটির বা কটেজ আছে - মহুয়া, সোনাঝুরি, এবং একটি মাটি ও ইঁটের গাঁথুনি দিয়ে তৈরী কটেজ আছে - কুসুম। মাটি দিয়ে তৈরী হলেও কুটিরগুলি অত্যাধুনিক সজ্জায় সজ্জিত। আধুনিক সমস্ত স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যসহ মাটির কুটিরগুলি বসবাসের জন্য এককথায় অনবদ্য। 

There are two mud huts in this resort - Mahua, Sonajhuri and another cottage named Kusum is made of mud and bricks. Although built of mud, the cottages are furnished with modern decor. Mud cottages with all modern comforts are simply perfect for living.
